Self-Catering Villa, mit 2. großzügigen sauberen Appartements, wunderschön, ruhig und privat gelegen an der Anse Boudin, Praslin. (21 km vom Flughafen Praslin oder 11 km vom Hafen in Baie Ste Anne). 

Auf leichter Anhöhe liegt unsere Villa, umgeben von einem großen einzigartigen tropischen Garten (4500 qm), geschmückt mit vielen tropischen Pflanzen ( Früchten, Heilpflanzen, Gewürzen und unzähligen bunten Blumen in allen erdenklichen Farben) allesamt versäumt mit gigantischen Granitfelsen

Unser Grundstück dehnt sich aus bis zum schönen Strand, der Anse Boudin und angrenzenden Anse Takamaka, welche  sich anschließen zum Curieuse Marine National Park. Zum schönsten und weltberühmten Topstrand, dem Anse Lazio, sind es max. 30 Min zu Fuß (2.km).

Jardin Marron bleibt der ideale Ort zum Entspannen und der perfekte Ort um Ihre Träume verwirklichen zu lassen.

*Mietpreis eines Appartements liegt bei Direktbuchung z.Zt. Euro 120.-   pro Nacht, für 2 Personen, (Selbstversorgung, exklusive Klimaanlage).

Jardin Marron, Self-Catering Villa is situated at the north-eastern coast of Praslin. (21km form the airport or 11km from the Jetty at Baie Ste Anne).

Set in a quiet most private location, surrounded by a large & unique garden (4500qm). With a wide selection of tropical fruits, medicinal plants, spices and colorful flowers, all blended in between gigantic granite boulders.

The property is bordered in between two beaches, Anse Boudin and Anse Takamaka which join up with the Curieuse Marine National Park. Anse Lazio the most famous beach, is just 5mins drive away, or 30mins walk (2.km).

The Villa comprises of two spacious Apartments, offering a fantastic sea view from every room. Each apartment has a specious bedroom with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, balconies.

Jardin Marron remains the ideal place to relax and to fulfill your dreams.(all bedrooms have fans and hold air-conditioning)

*Price per night for 2 person in one apartment is Euro 120.--

 **Minimum stay at Jardin Marron is 6 nights.

Inklusive:
- Reinigung des Appartements, alle  2 Tage.
- Bettwäsche, wird gewechselt alle 3-4 Tage
- Frottiertücher & Handtücher, (aber "keine" Badetücher / Beachtowels)
- Mithilfe bei ersten Einkäufen (tägliche  Mitfahrgelegenheit möglich in die Ortschaft, Cote d´Or
  oder Baie Ste Anne, nicht Sonntags).
- Mithilfe bei Buchungen, wie Exkursionen /
Automiete / Fahrradmiete etc.



                                

Inclusive:

- Cleaning of the apartment, every second day.

- Chance of linen and towels every 3 - 4 days.

- Assistance with first purchases food & drinks.

- Daily (free) ride possible to shopping  facilities in Cote Dor or Baie Ste Anne, not Sundays.

     - Helpful with all sorts of reservation         such as excursions / Car & Bicycle hire…etc.

     (We do not provide beach-towels) 

Die großzügig gestalteten Zimmer sind voll möbliert und der Ausblick reicht von "jedem" Raum auf das offene Meer.
